About

David Trubiani: profile

I first discovered my passion for health and fitness as a tall, skinny and unconfident 19-year-old. I had always played competitive basketball and loved sports and athletics, however as most young guys do at some stage, I wanted to join a gym and get bigger and stronger. What I soon discovered was how this started to change my whole life. Not only was I physically stronger and my performance in sports was improving, but mentally I felt great – I had more confidence, improved moods, and just a constant positive attitude towards life.  My whole ‘quality of life’ changed!

At the time, I was studying a degree In Accounting and Management that I could not finish quick enough, and I was also working at Coles in a customer service role. What I realised from that job is that I have a strong desire to help people and as I had discovered my true passion and calling was in health and fitness, it made complete sense for me to follow the avenue of becoming a Personal Trainer in order to improve the lives of others.

As the founder of Press Fitness, I now pride myself on delivering a suite of health and fitness solutions that are collectively, a manifestation of my own passion and appetite for health and fitness. By way of offering Personal Training, Group Fitness, Corporate Fitness, Health and Fitness Consultations and Biosignature Modulation, all of which with the flexibility of mobile delivery, I can make health and fitness accessible for everyone.
